Francesco Minini Grecanico-Inzolia Terre Siciliane IGT 2015 - Produced from fruit grown in the smooth hills surrounding the city of Marsala in Western Sicily. The grapes are two indigenous Sicilian grapes: Inzolia and Grecanico. In the glass a brilliant pale straw yellow, on the nose delicate and fruity with a pleasantly soft and full-bodied mid-palate. Serve well chilled. Perfect with fish, white meats and fresh dishes.
Macabeo (or Viura in Rioja) is a white wine grape used in the north & east of Spain.
A relatively versatile grape, Macabeo wines are fresh, floral & aromatic.
Spain is unquestionably Macabeo's homeland, most obviously in the northern regions. It is the principal ingredient in white wines from Rioja,
Fresh, fresh and bursting with delicious flavours. I am a sexy, lively and jovial wine, and you should enjoy me in my youth.
Yellow-green straw-like tones, very bright. Fruity in the nose, with aromas of apple, a touch of citrus fruit and a nutty base. Soft and fresh entry, smooth and lingering, good medium body, with excellent harmony between acidity and fruit. Lingering, with excellent notes of soft fruits, with a very pleasant finish.
The 2009 Tim Adams Protégé GMS is a blend of Grenache, Mouvedre & Shiraz.
Lovely perfumed aromas with a well balanced medium bodied & delicious spicy palate with lifted berry aromas & flavours which complement typical Grenache spiciness.
A soft, rich finish.
Another terrific wine from Tim Adams!
An easy to drink red wine that is perfect for Singapore's humid climate.
