Ph. Janisson Grand Cru 'Blanc de Blancs' Champagne

Blanc de Blancs  is the French term that means "white from whites", and is used to designate Champagnes made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape.

The Janisson family owns 4 ha of Vineyards in Chigny-les-Roses, including a small area of Chardonnay from which this Blanc de Blanc is sourced. Ph. Janisson is a small "grower/producer" making hand-made Champagnes and are one of only a handful of Champagne producers with their entire vineyards rated as Grand or Premier Cru status.

Ph. Janisson has been listed in France's prestigious 'Le Guide Hachettes des Vins' every year since 1999.
