If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or credit for another purchase. As you wish. We’ll even pick up the wines that you're not happy with for no extra cost to you.
So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just email us at email@example.com or call us 6256 5290 and tell us why, and we’ll organise to get your wines returned, and give you a full refund for your purchase.
Note: Our quality guarantee policy is offered in good faith. We ask that it would only be used in genuine cases where you have been unsatisfied with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a return/refund policy if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.
